Background

I started at HSI Labs in August 2024, during my final year at RGPV, building AI healthcare agents. It was an unreasonable place to learn LLM engineering and therefore a good one: the failure modes were legible and expensive, so I learned about structure, verification and calibration before I learned any of the comfortable habits.

In November 2025 I joined Plato Tech as founding software architect to build MedScribe, and spent two intense months getting an ambient scribe from an empty repository into two hospital chains.

Since March 2026 I have been at Ainoviq, Blackngreen's AI division, working on several things simultaneously — an AI companion on a full-duplex model, and automation across hiring, sales outreach and LinkedIn. Alongside the building, I run internal AI enablement: showing engineers and non-engineers how to get real leverage out of these tools instead of novelty.

Alongside that I build my own things: a conversational AI platform, Voxa the desktop voice assistant, and Resup.dev. Both the platform and Voxa exist because a side project is the only place you choose the boring half yourself.

Summary

I have spent the last two years putting large language models into production rather than into demos. Most of that has been healthcare — an ambient scribe that turns a consultation into an EHR-ready note, and a set of clinical agents deployed into university health systems — where the interesting problem is never the model, it is what the system does when it is unsure.
